Posted by Calling all Cornell families! Cornell PTO is working with Mrs. McNeilly’s “Spread Smiles” art lesson this week (it is already posted to the Art website). Cornell PTO will be collecting art work and letters from students (and their families!) to send to Sparrow Hospital Children’s wards and local assisted living facilities to bring a little happiness to those who can’t be with their loved ones this holiday season.
For anyone who would like to participate, there is a box outside Door 1 at Cornell that you can leave your artwork, letters, notes, etc. PTO will collect it all on Friday afternoon, and we will distribute it to their destinations!
Feel free to submit work from siblings, parents, friends, or anyone who wants to participate. If there is a particular assisted living facility you would like to honor with some work, please leave a note in the comments and we will try our best to include them!
