Posted by Every year Cornell Elementary PTO compiles a directory of families at our school. Because of concerns for everyone’s privacy, participation is completely optional. We would like to encourage everyone, however, to fill out the form with at least your child’s name and class as well as their parent/guardian’s name(s).
The student directory has proven to be very useful to parents, especially right now when our interaction has necessarily been so severely limited. We’ve heard countless stories of how the directory can help build community, which is one of the goals of PTO!
In order to be included, please fill out this form for each child you have attending Cornell. Please consider your preferred method of communication and fill out accordingly!
We will be collecting responses to the form until **Updated: December 10, 2021**. After that, please email [email protected] to ask any further questions.
The directory will not be printed; instead we will publish by PDF, which will be emailed only to the parents of Cornell students. The PDF can then be saved to your mobil device as well as searched to easily find what you’re looking for! The information listed is intended only for personal use.
