Posted by A big THANK YOU to all our families, volunteers and staff. The Wolf Pack Run was attended by so many and a lot of fun was had. Thank you Augie Martinez, one of our own who donated the music and sound – that playlist kept us moving! The ‘howlers’ sounded great, Mrs. McNeilly and Ms. Chase!
We’ve raised $16,200 of our $18,000 goal! If you haven’t already, consider helping us fully fund our programs for the year. Many extras around the school are the work of you, our donors, through the cooperation of the PTO with teachers and staff alike.
Funds raised go towards:
- Read to Them program: Every student receives their own copy of the chosen school-wide book. The reading program encourages special lessons and fosters a community of readers
- Family Fun Night: inflatables, food, music, and fun for all to enjoy
- Teacher Start Up Grants: Teachers and staff receive money to outfit classrooms with child-loved extras like futons, rugs, bean bags, etc.
- Dinners or lunches provided for teachers and staff during parent teacher conferences when they can’t leave the school
- Cornell branded t-shirts for students, staff and teachers
- Regular maintenance of our well loved track used by the entire Cornell community
